The number of sweat glands in humans varies greatly, ranging from 1.6 to 4.0 million, which explains why some people sweat more than others. There are moments when we really hate sweating for several reasons: body odor, unpleasant sensation, etc. However, sweat is very necessary because it is the body’s natural way of regulating its temperature. The sweat that comes out of your skin evaporates taking with it excess heat, which let your body keep its temperature between 35.6 and 37 degrees (normal body temperature). If we would not sweat, we would be like a pressure cooker, but without good food inside.
